I've always heard the two greatest things parents can give their children are roots and wings, and my parents did an amazing job of giving me both. Raised as a farmer's daughter in a small town in Southwest Oklahoma, I had BIG plans for my future.  With bright lights in my eyes and big city dreams in my heart, I hit the road for the best life had to offer never imagining the road to happiness and success would bring me back to my roots.  That's when I learned God has bigger dreams for us than we can dream for ourselves and I'm lovin' every blessed minute of it! 

 

Teacher by day, rodeo chick on weekends, and entrepreneur in between. Throw in to that mix that I'm wife to the hubz (praise God, he's an amazing guy!) and mother to the two most beautiful children in the world, Sydney and Sage (I'm SOOOOO blessed)...whew! It takes a lot of work, energy, and effort to keep up the lifestyle I lead.  I started Buckle Bunnies with a friend in the fall of '06 (inspiration hit us while at a rodeo in Texas).  From that moment on, life took an unexpected turn as my inner designer flourished! A year later, I turned the original idea into Sugar Fly Designs, and I couldn't be happier! Creating and designing accessories has been an amazing adventure! I'm constantly thinking of new and exciting ways to bring out my creativity (always with a little help from my fellow Sugar Chicks - the best little group of WiLd AnD cRaZy chicks I know!).  I am passionate about my business and adore every minute I get to indulge myself in Sugar Fly Designs - from the design process to meeting new Sugar Chicks - its a fantastic journey that never ends!  Blessed with a loving husband, two great children, and fantastic extended network of family and friends has enabled me to live a rich, full life.

I know God has blessed me and my family so much, and I give Him all the credit and glory for the success I've had in my personal life and with my businesses.
